Born
in Paris in 1977,
Jonathan Spitzer aka Dj Corleone learns to play the bass guitar
during his teenage, and soon plays in a rock band.
He also discovers at the same time, electronic musics, raves
and the freeparty underworld.
He starts buying records...and
starts spinning his favorite styles. |

1998/99 |
|
He
helps setting up parties in a Parisian Architecture School,
where he plays house and hardtekno. |
|
1999
|
|
He
spins for the first time in a club for the " Elite" parties
at the Parisian club the Folie's Pigalle,
where he will play twice alone all night long . He will also
play in a bar the "Mixer Bar"
and once at the "Cafe du tresor" for a funk and groovy set. |

In
the year 2000 |
|
He
is presented to the renowned french label 20 000 ST, thanks
to his good friend and artist Demon.
He will rapidly integrate the label as dj, next to Demon,
Jayrocks, Dj Amok�
20 000 ST gave him the opportunity to play (mostly with demon)
in prestigious clubs such as the "Queen"
or the "Bus Palladium" in Paris, the "Pulp" or the "Zoo" club
in Belgium, He also replaces Benjamin Diamond
during the Millenium Dj Tour organized by X-fly at the world
famous "Zouk" club of Singapore.
He performs at parties next to great dj and artists, such
as Jack de Marseilles, Dj Yellow aka Bob Sinclar,
Superfunk, Soul Lake, Dj Gregory... And prepares his own productions
on the side... |

2001

He
meets artist and owner of the great label KW Records, Lucas
Konkwest who soon becomes a good friend,
motivator and helper�
Dj Corleone also meets talented Argentinian artist and Dj
,Ciudad Feliz a good friend of lucas's. |

2002
|
|
He
meets Frederic Guerin owner of Eliptica Records, they become
good friends and later leave 20 000 ST
for Eliptica as artist and Dj next to Mackee Johnson, Arold
O brien, Dj Criz, Leisack, K lyann� |

2003
|
|
He
creates two party concepts that he proposes to eliptica:
- "Glitter n Gloss" parties (cheerfull disco to hardhouse
music concept).
- "Vice for corruption" parties (hardhouse, tekhouse and
techno detroit music concept).
He remixes Marco Woods's single "crazy" (Eliptica Rec.)
out in nov 2003(Cd&LP).
Corleone produces house & hardhouse tracks for a large public,
as well as progressive and techno tracks
targeting a sharper audience.
He
then decides to concetrate most of his work to musical styles
he better likes...

2004
|
|
He
is presented to Red Richards, a few spinns later they decide
to create their own label along with John Blackmore.
In June the label "Disco Fuckerz Recordings" is officially
created , a special party is made
for the occasion @ L'OPA in paris the 23rd of the same month...
In Sept. Eliptica Rec. decides to make a compilation "FIRE"
with 5 tracks by Dj Corleone, and projects
with Lucas Konkwest are also on the way...
He also starts producing Drum and Bass tracks under a new
artist name along with his other tracks... |

2005

Dj
Corleone produces the anthem of the "Fire" compilation and
works with Olivier (sound engineer) from Soulsodium,
percussionist Samir well known for his participation on Laurent
Wolf's tracks, and with talented singer Robin,
released in sept.
He also joins Lucas Konkwest in the Progressive in Paris Music
label project, willing to bring quality progressive
and tek house sounds to french listeners. |

After
4 years working on various projects, Dj Corleone is back
with some brand new tracks to come !!!
Electro, minimalist, techno and other styles... Dj Corleone
decided he should get back to styles he likes the most.
